Rivers & Robots

Discovery is the 5th studio album by Rivers & Robots. This project drew from the catalogue of sounds that the band has experimented with over the years. What was great about Discovery was we all felt we were levelling up and taking things further than ever in terms of arrangements, sonics and musical ability.

We recorded the album over a 6 week period; starting with drums at the excellent Old Chapel Studios and then moving on to work in my home studio for the rest of recording and mixing. We ended the project by mastering at the famous Abbey Road Studios.

Discovery was also the first release for new record label "Running Club Records". It was an excellent experience working with Chris and Sarah and exciting to see the band heard further and wider than ever, right from the first single "Dreams".
